Paul Mattfield: Pastor/Founder/Director/Administrator
Paul Mattfield was born and raised in Minnesota. He was married to his wife Michelle in 2004 and they have two children together. Paul previously worked 9 years in custom woodworking and another 11 years in the aviation maintenance industry. He has a Bachelors degree in Applied Psychology and a minor in Aviation Flight from St. Cloud State University. He has an Associates Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Thief River Falls Technical College and a Certificate of Completion from Foundations International School of Ministry from which he graduated in 2006. He was ordained in 2008 and in that same year founded StoneRidge Church. In 2014 Paul joined Pathfinders School of Ministry as the Associate Administrator and is currently an instructor. In 2015 he founded Emmaus House which is a Christ-centered transformation and transitional house for men who are seeking victory from life controlling addictions and bondage to sinful life styles. He has been self employed since 2008 where he is a co-owner of “Emmaus Home Repair and Maintenance LLC”. Paul is a member in good standing with “Fellowship of Intentionally Relational Ministers (FIRM),” where he finds his accountability.
Bob Loubek: Pastor/Teacher
Bob was married in 1972 to Cathi and they have three adult children and five grandchildren. Bob graduated from “Berean School of the Bible” in 1982 and “Grace Fellowship International school of Christian Counseling” in 1983. He was ordained in 1988. He was director of a Christian counseling ministry for seven years and pastored an Assemblies of God fellowship for eight years. Bob served as an itinerate missionary in many nations, such as Mexico, Cuba, Romania, and Turkey for a ten year period prior to founding Foundations International, a network of local fellowships, and mobile school of ministry. During that time, Bob also ministered for five years as an itinerate teacher, counselor, and mentor on Red Lake Ojibwa Nation. Bob was an official member of the counseling team at Red Lake during the shooting that took place at the Reservation School. Bob has also done indigenous missionary work in the Artic regions of both Canada and the United States. Bob has been officially doing one on one mentoring and counseling since 1981. He is now in what he refers to as his “retirement ministry” as the founder and leader of Pathfinders Ministry, which includes Pathfinders School of Ministry; and a Christian mentoring, counseling, and pastoral care ministry. Bob has also resumed travel to other nations as a missionary as God leads. He is willing to teach classes in people’s homes for small groups that are truly hungry to grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Bob is also a member in good standing with “Fellowship of Intentionally Relational Ministers (FIRM),” where he finds his accountability.
Brandon Dow: Apprentice Pastor/Mentor
Brandon Dow was born and raised in Hibbing Minnesota. He was married in 2016 to his wife Kaira and together they have three children. Brandon graduated MN Adult and Teen Challenge in 2015 and has a certificate of completion from Pathfinders School of Ministry. Brandon believes his primary ministry is to his family and has worked diligently in bring God’s love, peace, joy, and order to his family. Brandon leads a fellowship that meets at Emmaus House and is a co-leader/mentor at Emmaus House. He is also a co-owner of “Emmaus Home Repair and Maintenance LLC”. Brandon is a member in good standing with “Fellowship of Intentionally Relational Ministers (FIRM)” where he finds his accountability. Brandon is currently an apprentice elder/pastor working towards his ordination.
John Burmeister: Pastor/Teacher/ Mentor
John Burmeister was born and raised in Cable Wisconsin. He was married in 2005 to his wife Lynsey and together they have 5 children. John has worked 21 years in the construction industry as a carpenter; he owns and operates his own business called Burmeister Family Carpentry. John graduated “Pathfinders School of Ministry” in 2007 and began leading a fellowship in 2010. He was ordained in 2012. John started as a wilderness guide in 2009 and soon after started a ministry called “Legacy Men” which exists to raise up leaders who will pursue God and lead in their homes and communities without compromise. Legacy Men uses the classroom of wilderness camping and tripping, mild to extreme outdoor adventures, team building activities, and speaking/ministry opportunities to help men grow individually and together in masculine fellowship with God and other men. John is a member in good standing with “Fellowship of Intentionally Relational Ministers (FIRM)” where he finds his accountability.
